When asked about managing her time-consuming daily affairs and endless task lists, Elizabeth points out the importance of a work-life balance and how that contributes to better interpersonal bonding amongst her teams.
Her family is important to her and frequently at her side while she’s working or at meetings. Her family sees first hand her commitment to her work.
Being modest about her reality, she says that striking an optimal balance is possible only when you play every role right. She disagrees with the idea of being a superwoman. “Some days, my Mom and wife hat is all I wear. Other days, I never leave my office,” she says.
